ICTUpdate, is a bimonthly magazine and website, published by CTA (Technical Centre for Agricultural and Rural Cooperation: www.cta.int). It provides an insight into ICTs being used in the development process in rural areas, with particular attention to African, Caribbean and Pacific countries.
